It’s All About Recognition …
By · CommentsBaby’s cry for it and men die for it … it’s all about recognition. What are you doing to recognize the efforts of your team? We build voluntary armies of promoters and if you fail to recognize your partners for the stars that they are, you might just lose them.
Top ways to recognize your teams production:
- A simple call of appreciation from you.
- 3 way call with your upline leaders
- 3 way call with a corporate individual
- Leverage your companies promotions and incentive programs.
- Take people out for dinner / drinks or whatever.
- Spend some quality time with your producers.
- Buy them something. (My enroller just bought me a wicked movado watch!)
Take the time to recognize your leaders and the newest person who is excited for obtaining their first customer and/or check
Be appreciative that they are here with you and that you’re building a legacy together.
CNN Says – “Say Goodby To Full-time Jobs”?
By · CommentsCNN did a pretty interesting article and video on the fact that full-time employees could become a minority in the nations workforce within a 20 to 30 year period. What does this mean? No traditional benefits such as health coverage, paid vacations and retirement plans, that most workers take for granted today.
“The traditional job is not doomed. But it will increasingly have competition from other models, the most prominent is the independent contractor model,” he said.
As companies continue to cut costs over the decades to come, we will move more towards “contracting,” which in turn will create a new mindset for people … entrepreneurship. As people start to look for contracts – they will start developing a sense of ownership towards their future and remove the sense of dependency of their employer.
Will people also start looking for alternative work at home part-time businesses? I am guessing with all their spare time – probably.
Good or bad?

Building Belief and Excitement
By · CommentsBuilding a team in network marketing is all about keeping people excited and plugged in – “The people closes to the camp fire wins” – You MUST keep your team and YOURSELF excited and on a higher path of learning.
Why is this important? Why is it important to keep people plugged in? And how?Put them on the team calls, bring them to conventions, plug them into the training calls, etc etc?
EXCITEMENT comes with belief – and belief builds excitement. Belief in what?
- Themselves
- The Industry
- Your Company
Belief also comes from education and constant exposure to your message.
For example, this Tuesday, May 18th at 9:00 EST. You need to be on a call that will motivate, inspire and drive your teams to push forward in a world where most are nervous and for the most part, paralyzed.
Prospecting…
Tuesday night you can have a guy guy who has built 3 companies to the million dollar marker by “prospecting” and YOU BEST BELIEVE I will be taking full advantage of it.
That is right ! Live and in your FACE! With Todd Falcone
“Overcoming The 4 Biggest Problem Areas In Prospecting” with the master himself Mr. Todd Falcone.
Todd has been to the top of 3 companies and is known for his “in your face” tell it like it is method of coaching. If you need a kick in the A$# – then get on this call!
You will leave this call with belief in what we do – prospecting is NOT that hard. Then through surviving the attempt you will gain the experience, and with experience comes belief in what YOU do – as you master the art.
Hurry over and see if there is a spot left!
*** Todd Falcone – Overcoming The 4 Major Problem Areas Of Prospecting
If you find a seat then I HIGHLY recommend you get this out to your team and use it to light them up like a christmas tree! Make no mistake about it – this call will ring home with 99 percent of you.
This isn’t going to be a fluffy, feel good, “you can do it call!” This is going to be “how to do it” call and “get out there and just do it” call. Its all about surviving the experience!
I am working 12 hours a day right now building my own team. 3 way calls, 1 on 1s and follow ups. BUT – Will I make time for this? Will I have my team on this? YOU FREAKIN BET!
But that’s because I get it … My campfire is more like a bombfire with a full on band … Attracting and magnatizing people towards it.
Do you get it? Are you pulling people into your campfire? Are they building their belief? Their skills?

Here’s a primer I hope illustrates the key to success in all facets of life – hell, the key to life itself - to give you a sense of what works and what doesn’t in building a successful network marketing business.
Like it or not, all life, whether single-celled, leafy green, or business suited, is biological and as such we have two inter-connected purposes that drive all others: survival and replication. The purpose of life is to survive and, seeing that we can’t live forever – yet – life also seeks to replicate itself by passing genes on to offspring, or writing great symphonies, or having a drink named after you like my favourite, the Harvey Wallbanger. This isn’t a choice; it’s hard-wired into all living organisms. If it wasn’t there’d be no life, no me writing, no you reading.
Now since we humans are especially clever life forms, we’ve developed especially clever ways of moving the survival and replication agenda forward. But, really, we’re always following the same imperative: do what is necessary to survive and replicate.
