It’s All About Recognition …
Posted by: | CommentsBaby’s cry for it and men die for it … it’s all about recognition. What are you doing to recognize the efforts of your team? We build voluntary armies of promoters and if you fail to recognize your partners for the stars that they are, you might just lose them.
Top ways to recognize your teams production:
- A simple call of appreciation from you.
- 3 way call with your upline leaders
- 3 way call with a corporate individual
- Leverage your companies promotions and incentive programs.
- Take people out for dinner / drinks or whatever.
- Spend some quality time with your producers.
- Buy them something. (My enroller just bought me a wicked movado watch!)
Take the time to recognize your leaders and the newest person who is excited for obtaining their first customer and/or check
Be appreciative that they are here with you and that you’re building a legacy together.
Building Belief and Excitement
Posted by: | CommentsBuilding a team in network marketing is all about keeping people excited and plugged in – “The people closes to the camp fire wins” – You MUST keep your team and YOURSELF excited and on a higher path of learning.
Why is this important? Why is it important to keep people plugged in? And how?Put them on the team calls, bring them to conventions, plug them into the training calls, etc etc?
EXCITEMENT comes with belief – and belief builds excitement. Belief in what?
- Themselves
- The Industry
- Your Company
Belief also comes from education and constant exposure to your message.
For example, this Tuesday, May 18th at 9:00 EST. You need to be on a call that will motivate, inspire and drive your teams to push forward in a world where most are nervous and for the most part, paralyzed.
Prospecting…
Tuesday night you can have a guy guy who has built 3 companies to the million dollar marker by “prospecting” and YOU BEST BELIEVE I will be taking full advantage of it.
That is right ! Live and in your FACE! With Todd Falcone
“Overcoming The 4 Biggest Problem Areas In Prospecting” with the master himself Mr. Todd Falcone.
Todd has been to the top of 3 companies and is known for his “in your face” tell it like it is method of coaching. If you need a kick in the A$# – then get on this call!
You will leave this call with belief in what we do – prospecting is NOT that hard. Then through surviving the attempt you will gain the experience, and with experience comes belief in what YOU do – as you master the art.
Hurry over and see if there is a spot left!
*** Todd Falcone – Overcoming The 4 Major Problem Areas Of Prospecting
If you find a seat then I HIGHLY recommend you get this out to your team and use it to light them up like a christmas tree! Make no mistake about it – this call will ring home with 99 percent of you.
This isn’t going to be a fluffy, feel good, “you can do it call!” This is going to be “how to do it” call and “get out there and just do it” call. Its all about surviving the experience!
I am working 12 hours a day right now building my own team. 3 way calls, 1 on 1s and follow ups. BUT – Will I make time for this? Will I have my team on this? YOU FREAKIN BET!
But that’s because I get it … My campfire is more like a bombfire with a full on band … Attracting and magnatizing people towards it.
Do you get it? Are you pulling people into your campfire? Are they building their belief? Their skills?

Network Marketing: How To Get Results…
Posted by: | CommentsWere all looking for results in network marketing, we join we start and most quit due to lack of focus, drive and commitment. The reason for this is because most people don’t understand what needs to be done. They don’t understand what they need todo!
Feel like you?
Let me say, there is one thing, and one thing alone that will bring you results in network marketing.
Commitment.
No NO NO, not that cheesy commitment that your upline tells you that you MUST HAVE so that you continue to stay in the business, on autoship and continue to contribute to their paycheck while you chase a pipe dream you’ll never find using a broke down system built in 1842.
I’m talking about commitment to the process. YOUR PROCESS. Commitment to the process that will deliver the end result.
Wayne Gretzky was focused on the process, Mike Jordan was committed to the process, Tiger Woods is committed to the process. Ask yourself, how many golf balls did tiger hit in order to play like he does? How many free throws did Michael take?
The process is training. Train, train train. Understand what you need to be good at in network marketing and practice it until you’re at the top of your game. Whatever you need to do to get good at whatever skill you need to acquire is the process.
If you’re working a process you will get results faster than if you are not.
Get good at the process…
What’s yours? Well I don’t care what deal your working if you’re in network marketing it’s the same for everyone right? However the inter-process may be different but the skeleton is the same.
- We find people to talk to.
- We talk to those people.
- We teach them to do the same.
So what’s your process to find more people? What’s your process to talk to those people? How do you duplicate? However you choose to accomplish those things is your process and what you should be focused on getting GREAT at – not good, GREAT.
- Send people to a capture page
- 3 way calls
- Regular posting on your blog
- Prospecting
- Placing ads
- Article marketing
- Follow-up calls
In Network Marketing and in anything you wish to be great at, find the process to get there. Train on it, practice it. But first find the process that will deliver the end result…
3 Things You Need To Know About Your Prospects
Posted by: | CommentsBefore you pitch, discuss or promote your network marketing business you need to understand this about your prospects. Becoming a master prospector means you’re very good at
1. Finding what people want.
2. Finding out why they want it.
3. Finding out their level of commitment to get it.
What do you want, why do you want it, and what is your level of comitment.
“What have you done to get that?” and “What would you do differently.”
“So … How will you feel if nothing changes in your present situation?”
“Why is that important to you?”
“What I understand is that you’re looking for this so you can get that. well with our company and our team we have helped people achieve …”
“So let me ask, if our team is the right thing for you, what is your level of commitment to get” what it is that they want.
“Great well it sounds like you’ll be a great fit, lets fill out the paper work and get you started.”
“If I could show you how by working 10-20 hours a week you could get x, wouldn’t you be able to find 200 dollars to get started?” Love that question – 9 times out of 10 you’ll be able to stop wasting your time with the prospect.
Remember, People reflect what we are thinking.
If we change the way we think and act, they will respond differently.
